Well there are some rather public Satanic sects such as Anton Levy’s group and Michael Aquino’s. There are also sects that follow the teachings of Aleister Crowley. I am not sure how many offshoots there are of his “Ordo Templi Orientis” And thought members would probably not consider themselves Satanist their structure follows what is typical of such cults.
There is a hierarchy in such cults. With a series of degrees that members go through. From genuine accounts of such things it takes years to reach the level this guy is claiming. Not just a few. Not once have I read that “High Wizard” is one of those degrees. I’ve also never come across any mention of a “World Church of Satan.” Oh but it is a big secret. Right? What? With a CEO and members spread out around the globe. I doubt it could remain so for long. Why even the Bohemian Grove is no secret anymore.
Ritual Magick is a long involved process and no one who decides to mess with it would do so without taking precautions. It is way more than spell casting though one can involve the other. Then there is the whole “casting spells” claim. If you think such is true you have to ask how much energy and concentration would be required to work one and would a child have what was needed? Most adults wouldn’t. Nasty spirits sure do.

As for the rest well my only answer is horse-feathers. It’s like this guy ticked off one by one what he was pretty sure enthralled Christians wanting to be titillated with tales of evil Satanists and abortion were expecting to hear. It is BS and does nothing to advance the Pro-life cause. Nor does it help convince people of the true demonic influence in the abortion fight.
