Because moslems are commanded to lie by their scriptures. Therefore EVERYTHING A mOSLEM SAYS must be considered a LIE.
I would put for a note of caution not to subject oneself to being prejudiced toward people who are frame them self to be Moslem without getting to know them as a human being
