No... Islam is incompatible with western culture and Christianity. Putin knows better than to tie Christianity with Islam in any form be it fundamentals or common beliefs.

there are SO many sections of their koran that teach hatred or contempt or just simply subjugation of Christians and Jews
and many of the imams choose to preach from those parts ...
there ARE other parts that are better, and there are even parts where their god allah instructs them that the Promised Land belongs to the Jews
but the imams don’t choose to preach those parts, alas
