I grew up in Black Churches where my father was an evangelist to black churches. I have see some high energy wordship services when I was younger.
It is one thing to get up and sing praises to the lord, but is there anyone delivering the message of the Lord (bread and butter). You might feel good after singing but: can you live off songs along? You need guidance on how to live and face today’s problems.
The fruit is where the people who become Christians from those concerts better their lives and help address the problems in their family and neighborhoods. Do they flock their local churches and learn?
We have to watch this to see if its bears fruit.
One apple bear is better then none. One apple can touch a thousand lives.. Let’s pray its happens...
So which is a better Christian? Man 1 proselytizes to 1 person a day with a 100% effectiveness and 100% retention. Man 2 proselytizes to 10,000 a week with 10% effectiveness and of the 1000, %50 retained.
I think there is no difference. Both men are following their faith. I don’t think it our place to judge them nor their level of Christianity, in fact if we were to judge either man superior or inferior the true judgement would be to show our own inferiority in our own Christianity.
I have no desire to argue with a fellow believer.
If there is any question in your own mind, please ask the Father about this, and then do your own research. The information is not hidden.
