When Islamists kill, oppress or threaten gays, the leftists always ignore it or say it isn’t real Islam (they might say something about religion and immediately pivot from Islam to threats against Christianity). Suddenly, all Christians are guilty of what the Islamists are actually doing and Christianity must be abolished or transformed into a leftist political group. The Islamists, if they are mentioned at all, are praised for being allies to the LGBTXYZ people. The goal is clearly to destroy Christianity. They don’t really care so much about LGBTXYZ, except it is useful in undermining the West.
Why does the Left not attack Islam over their treatment of gays, but attacks Christians? Because they know we will back down, while the Muslims will kill them if they disrespect Islam.
