As far as I can tell, court was no longer in session and this was personal, not part of any proceedings. The complaint has no merit, and is nothing more than harassment of Judge Kemp for her faith.
I think it was personal. The jury was not there and everyone left after the brother spoke. People are so hateful. Why are they so afraid the Bible?
