AMERICA needs more 3 child families. Hate to say it but government policy may be necessary. A stable couple, married 10 years are the ideal candidates. A skilled tradesman from another country with 3 ready made kids can be fast tracked for citizenship if he/she can be matched with an employer + a church. Hopefully they can be interviewed beforehand by folks that think like us. I say American tourists are the ideal interviewers. Close knit foreigners can add a nephew or niece to their family. Oh, deport all illegals with a rap sheet for starters. Save money.
