In Meriwether v. Trustees of Shawnee State University, (SD OH, Sept. 5, 2019), an Ohio federal magistrate judge recommended dismissing challenges brought by a faculty member against his university claiming that the school's nondiscrimination policy violates his 1st and 14th Amendment rights as well as his rights under the state constitution. Shawnee State requires faculty to refer to students using pronouns that reflect the student's gender identity even when that is different that the gender assigned to the student at birth.
Plaintiff alleges that he is an evangelical Christian with the religious belief that gender cannot be changed after the moment of conception.

A person is NOT “assigned” a gender at birth...
There’s no assigning anything...You are either male or female...Either XX or XY...Nothing to be “assigned”....
That’s good...Shows the stupidity of the “gender benders”...
There’s a lot of psychological harm in a person trying to escape who and what they are, thinking that they’ll be happier if they were someone or something else. Especially if it’s something that is physically impossible to be.

My brother teaches high school and has had to deal with this insanity. He uses last names only while doing roll call then never refers to any student by any name thereafter.
He says it’s really tough because he feels he can be sued by the tranny’s parent who support their child’s mental disease when he doesn’t use their chosen name, but on the flip side, he can be sued by parents who do not support mental disease if he does call them by their chosen name.
