True, I guess. The guy was dropping a pound a day. With 55 days to go he weighed 144. Why is it preferable that he spend an extra 6 or 7 days wasting away in bed and in pain?
We don’t know if this person was forgiven or not. If he went to Confession or not.
Another thing is to read about the rules of the Catholic Church about suicide. Most people who commit suicide are mentally ill and not capable of a rational decision.
