It’s certainly an unwelcome development, but I suspect it’s atheist “youth” doing this. France has the same problem and they report it isn’t mudslimes doing the desecration.
I do not agree with any form of vandalism.
But perhaps the Irish Catholic Church is reaping what it has down. Read up on the centuries of abuse perpetrated on the Irish people by the Catholic Church and the attempted cover ups by its officials and the deniers. The abuse and injustice was massive - not just an Occassional lapse as they would have you believe.
