The head of Russia’s upper house of parliament says that allowing homosexual couples to adopt children would lead to the extinction of humanity.
Russia banned homosexual couples from adopting children in 2013.
“What will allowing same-sex couples to adopt children lead to? It’ll simply lead to the extinction of mankind,” Valentina Matvienko, the head of the upper-house Federation Council, told a government-sponsored youth forum outside Moscow earlier today.
“There are basic ingredients for happiness, I believe they’re universal: family, children and parents. We see how these foundations are being eroded,” she added.
The comments are markedly different from the west’s approach to homosexual adoption, where it is legal in most countries.
However, in Italy, which is currently ruled by a populist government, homosexual adoption is still not permissible.
The gulf between how Russia and most western countries view so-called “progressive values” appears to be widening.

Remember that Obama imposed sanctions against Russian legislators for promoting traditional marriage and opposing pedophilia and homosexuality.
No one in their right mind would let homosexuals anywhere near children.
What about partial adoption?
Wouldn’t they tend to die out after a while, reducing the population and the burden on Mother Erf?

The head of Russia’s upper house of parliament needs to visit cities in India. No way mankind is going extinct for hundreds of millenniums there. The density of population is surreal. Russia is practically empty in comparison. How do parents living in a 1 room apartment with 6+ children manage to produce more? But they do in India!
India is child abuse.

Bottomline: Children have a right to a mother and a father as these adult survivors of same sex parenting attest to very powerfully.

Actually children in India have less drug addiction problems than in United States. My guess is the main reason for that is children still fear and respect elders there. Plus people have more community connection and less isolation in comparison to US.
That was the very first problem we had with Russia. When Obama threw a hissy fit about the St Petersburg and Moscow anti-gay recruitment laws, and when they refused to let any more Russian children we adopted by Americans because we wouldn’t certify they wouldn’t go to homosexuals. That was the beginning of the drama. It’s embarrassing that our nation always takes the side of the perverted on the world stage.
by definition, homosexuals do not breed.....why they are able to adopt is beyond me.......if they accept who they are, they should live who they are...
When you engage in sexual deviancy and choose not to procreate by natural means, you die out as a fringe group. Adopting not only allows you to “train” the next generation of sexual deviants but opens up other options in the form of pedophelia.
Love has nothing to do with it.
Homosexuals are sick, demented, self loathing and selfish people. They will use anyone to get their perverted sexual kicks, including the children they adopt.
That reminds me that Mother Teresa of Calcutta once said that loneliness -- people starving for love, feeling that nobody wants them --- is the most terrible kind of poverty, and the West has it worse than India.
She said loneliness is the leprosy of the West.

Homosex will result in extinction through non-reproduction but what do adopted kids have to do with it? If they are hetero, life goes on as it should.
Think about it - if homosexuality was indeed genetic and not learned behavior, it would be selected-against because those carrying the trait would not reproduce. Someone is obviously lying, cheating, or both.
Since their kind of quasi-sexual copulation can't beget their own kids, they reproduce their way of life by recruiting other people's kids.
This is not true of all. That would be moral slander. And of how many it IS true, I do not know. But I have head homosexual couples themselves say that is a factor in the decision to adopt (or worse, to exploit a woman as a depersonalized "gestational unit"): making sure their way of deviance is extended for another generation.
So, good for Russia. They are protecting their children, their culture and their future.
I bet they'll be ahead of the USA in finally banning legalized baby-murder.

In most of the USA homosexuals go to the front of the line for adoptions. Normal Christian parents to the back if not excluded completely as unfit.
Can’t argue with this line of reasoning.
Much worse is all these boys being fed female hormones turning them into girly men.
By that logic, all inherited genetic disorders (Hemophilia, Sickle Cell Anemia, etc.) should be selected against. And yet they haven't disappeared!
