We ought to pray for muslims during Ramadan, as they are fasting (yeah I know) as I do not doubt that there are many ordinary regular people who really do have a desire to know God but have had the extreme misfortune of being born into the worst spiritual situation the world has ever seen.
For those who are sincerely seeking God, they will find Him and be saved. Those folks are the ones who need our prayers.
There are a lot of nominal or less-traditional Muslims who observe Ramadan as well, however loosely. Or lapsed Muslims in the West who are tired of the secular lifestyle. They are not as entrenched as one may think ...and the lapsed ones looking to recover some form of spirituality again, ican be quite open to understanding what Christianity is about. Speaking from observed experience.
