1. What’s in the “etc”? Is that all other denominations, such that illegal immigration is a big money maker for religion in general?

2. If (1) is no, why lump a protestant denomination in with Catholics? I don’t recall reading about Lutherans being overly caring for illegals.

3. Even given (1) and (2), how does a deluge of illegals make big, big, money for anybody?
