Yes, I am familiar with that general type of teaching, I just was hoping someone could point out to me where exactly they found the basis of that teaching in the Bible, since I have never been able to locate it.

I think the Tribulation will primarily focus on the unconverted Jews seeing as the Two Witnesses as well as the 144,000 (12,000 from each of the 12 tribes of Israel) going to the Jews to draw them to faith in Jesus as the Christ, their long awaited Messiah. But, I also believe there WILL be Gentiles who come to faith in Christ and they will also be persecuted and martyred for their faith.
