That’s not a picture of the Roman Rite. The Roman Rite does not have a table in front of the altar. Looks more like a picture of the Insult Mass.

Then again, after thinking that through, I'm not sure what you are saying now.

I would say that the Latin Mass is being offered in the picture. However, it is probably being done in the same church where a Novus Ordo "mass" is being "celebrated".

Is this what you mean?

Last Sunday I drove to a parish church in Pennsylvania 75 miles from my home to attend a Tridentine Latin High Mass. There were nine altar boys and a seminarian assisting the priest. The entire Mass was in Latin, and Holy Communion was received kneeling at the altar rail. The table however was immovable, and it was a minor irritation at an otherwise beautifully conducted High Mass.
