Some of the best food I have ever had was in the outback. Even canned chili tastes better there.
Once while driving through the Outback, I stopped at the Drovers Cafe in Brush, Colo., off Route 34 and had some excellent chili. It was served over Fritos corn chips. The cafe is part of a livestock market where cattle are sold.
