For the next week, November 26 30, Engage Magazine is partnering with Uncharted Ministries to reach out to persecuted Christian widows in Nigeria. The Fulani Herdsmen, a Muslim terrorist group, has ravaged their land, burning churches and villages to the ground, kidnapping women and girls, and leaving many without husbands. The Nigerian widow situation is one of the most severe examples of Christian persecution in the world today.
Pure and undefiled religion before God and the Father is this: to visit orphans and widows in their trouble and to keep oneself unspotted from the world (James 1:27).

Thanks for sharing this.
At this point in time, I think it is safe to say that Christianity is the most persecuted religion on the planet.
Prayers for these women. It’s disgusting this rampant evil of Mohammadanism is allowed to exist. Their terror won’t end until they are removed from this earth.
Prayers for these women and their families.
For sure.
Prayers up.
Thank you, Maudeen. Those poor women. May God bless and protect them.
PRAYERS UP FOR THE NIGERIAN WOMEN!.... and all who have been abused by the tyrants and out of control bullies there.
Lord Jesus, take control of the circumstances in Nigeria. Bless our brothers and sisters of faith in this nation (as well as those who would be, if they had the chance to be reached by thy Grace) which has been under assault for far too long.
Strengthen the heart ties we have with our brothers and sisters in Christ in this nation Nigeria, America, and all nations.
In the name of our Lord, we ask our Father for His grace and Will.
Amen
Nigeria: Demographics
It is a matter of debate just how many people currently live in Nigeria; numbers vary rather wildly, but its estimated there are about 175 million people living in Nigeria. At the time of the last census, there were approximately 250 different ethnic groups in Nigeria, with many different languages, customs, and religions. Due to this rich ethnic diversity, the Nigerian identity is very heterogeneous.
The three largest ethnicities are Hausa and Fulani, Yoruba, and Igbo. These groups account for a total of 68% of all people living in the country. As far as religions go, a rule of thumb is that most people in the North are Muslims (with some regions having instated Sharia law), whereas the South is mostly Christian. The numbers are split up almost evenly, with 50% and 40% of the people living in Nigeria being Muslim and Christian, respectively.
