I agree that Beto won’t win. But also keep in mind that Texas hasn’t been in the
GOP column for all that long. The last five US Senators have been GOP and four
of the last six governors have been GOP.
It was the mid 90s before Tx turn totally to the GOP for US Senators and Governors.
