O'Lord, strengthen the hedge You placed around Kavanaugh and his family, embolden the hearts and minds of the American people to stand up against the tyranny of the left, and strengthen the resolve of president Trump to keep from backing down in the face if Satan's onslaught.
Lord, we pray that You will bring into the open the evil deeds of the many who bear false witness and conspire to bring down those You have chosen to lead us away from the evil which is eating away at the very moral heart of this Republic.
Righteous Father, we ask You to help use see the enemy when they attack so that we can recognize when they do. We know that we fight an invisible foe who is stronger than us. We are wrestling not against flesh and blood but against the powers of darkness and the rulers of evil, against the authorities, against the cosmic powers in the present age. We understand that we are fighting against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly places (Eph 6:12).
Thank You, God, for providing Judge Kavanaugh, our President, and the good men and women who surround them, with the armor they need today and everyday, including the breastplate of righteousness You provided, the belt of truth, the shield of faith, the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is Your Word (Eph 6:13-17).
