Well there are several examples of God judging nations. He's judged and cut off Israel from her land several times (Wilderness exile after the escape from Egypt, Babylonian exile, Roman exile 70AD). You have King Ahaz's transgressions on Judah falling on the entire population in 2 Chronicles. Ninevah was about to get destroyed before Jonah went there before the King to inform them. Jonah 3 tells the tale. Look at what happened to the Babylonian Empire with Belshazzar at the helm when Cyrus the Great won without a fight. The Lord warned Belshazzar that night it would happen with the hand writing on the wall. See Daniel 5. For today's nations - this verse still rings true: “Kingship belongs to the Lᴏʀᴅ, and he rules over the nations” (Psalms 22:28). There's a level of evil that the Lord will tolerate up to, and once that is reached - His Judgement comes forth. See Deuteronomy 9:4. We do have a problem IMHO.

Agreed we have a problem. Removing sorozNazi and his evil scions from all of their seditious activities imho would go a long ways towards solving our problem. Then there are a few more evil billionaires and so forth. I think the good Lord looks whether a nation’s people are trying to Drain their swamps of evil alligators —or not.
