No one can be LGBT. Pick one.

This man should have been fired long ago. Three guesses on which one of the four (LGBT) he is, and the first 2 don’t count.

Are there any of the guilty clergy unable to see themselves in Wednesday's first reading?

Reading 1 Ez 34:1-11 The word of the Lord came to me: Son of man, prophesy against the shepherds of Israel, in these words prophesy to them to the shepherds: Thus says the Lord GOD: Woe to the shepherds of Israel who have been pasturing themselves!

Should not shepherds, rather, pasture sheep? You have fed off their milk, worn their wool, and slaughtered the fatlings, but the sheep you have not pastured. You did not strengthen the weak nor heal the sick nor bind up the injured.

You did not bring back the strayed nor seek the lost, but you lorded it over them harshly and brutally. So they were scattered for the lack of a shepherd, and became food for all the wild beasts.

My sheep were scattered and wandered over all the mountains and high hills; my sheep were scattered over the whole earth, with no one to look after them or to search for them.

Therefore, shepherds, hear the word of the LORD: As I live, says the Lord GOD, because my sheep have been given over to pillage, and because my sheep have become food for every wild beast, for lack of a shepherd; because my shepherds did not look after my sheep, but pastured themselves and did not pasture my sheep; because of this, shepherds, hear the word of the LORD:

Thus says the Lord GOD: I swear I am coming against these shepherds. I will claim my sheep from them and put a stop to their shepherding my sheep so that they may no longer pasture themselves. I will save my sheep, that they may no longer be food for their mouths.

For thus says the Lord GOD: I myself will look after and tend my sheep.

What you said times 100. It’s especially bad in orders like the Jesuits. A few years ago, I had the misfortune of attending a talk by a young Jesuit. Guy was around 35-40, I guess. Gaydar put him at 10 on a 10 scale. He talked about his calling. Said he had been attending mass one day at one of the big Jesuit university campuses and saw an item in the bulletin about Jesuit recruitment weekend retreat and decided to give it a shot. Went and had a fabulous time. He said the guys thought he was hilarious, told he would make a great Jesuit, blah blah blah. During the whole thing, I was thinking that this is the problem. They recruit each other, promote each other, etc., and the whole corrupt thing perpetuates itself.

“And in the Church there is no one more marginalised than the LGBT person.”

Actually, there is no one more marginalized than the traditional Catholic.

"And in the Church there is no one more marginalised than the LGBT person."

Could be. I suggest they do what I do when I'm "marginalized"; go to Confession. Sin is the only source of "marginalization" in the Church and we do it to ourselves. When we fall into serious sin, we become estranged from God. "Marginalised", in other words. Confession is the only road back.

Is there some reason why sodomites are different? Is the door of the confessional closed to them? Is that what Martin means by "marginalised"? Over the course of my life, I've assaulted the ears of priests all over the world with pretty much every sin you can think of apart from murder and kidnapping but never was mercy denied to me. Always the words of absolution were pronounced over me and I was invited to begin anew.

So what is the source of this "marginalisation" of which Martin speaks?

"Francis is the first pope, for that matter, to even use the word 'gay'." Martin continued: "I would not categorise him as a 'progressive' but simply as a compassionate man.

Unless one happens to be a faithful Catholic who holds as true all that the Catholic Church has always taught. Then Francis will show you a species of "compassion" which will make your ears burn. Are you listening, you rigid, rosary-counting, self-absorbed, Promethean, neo-Pelaqgian, doctor of the law?

It was these ‘Parish Pariahs’ who abused these kids and caused the problem for the Catholic Church. When the Church wakes up and boots all these queers from the priesthood, it will solve the problem, but not until then.

Believe me, the waking up is happening. The tone of the latest National Catholic Register in MANY articles, letters and editorials is a complete departure from the past. It is obvious that the laity has had enough, and the pitchforks are being sharpened, the tar heated, and the feather pillows collected.

The insufferable faggot wants us to tell him that sodomy is not a sin.
