I was raised a Jehovah’s Witness. I left them when I was 18. I have a mix of positive and negative thoughts about them but in the end there are a lot bigger issues on the Korean peninsula than this. No pun intended, but ya gotta pick your fights.

It's not that they don't want to be endangered, it's that their religion forbids bloodshed.

I frankly don't know much about JW theology (it's quite unorthodox), but I did see some JW's on TV who were civilian volunteers assisting in disaster relief and humanitarian aid, including in war zones. I can respect that..
