A church is made up of imperfect individuals growing together and awaiting the return of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

That's one way of looking at it. Another way of looking at it is that a church is made up of the perfect people who are like me and all those other people who aren't nearly as perfect as me, who should just get out ;-).

There is no ‘perfect’ church. Find a good one and live with the imperfections. Praising and worshipping God in a congregation is spiritually correct and healthy for the soul, mind and heart. With that said I should follow that advice more often.
