Dear LORD JESUS, many of us come to You in prayer today, hopeful, but not ready. Too many things add to the joy of our Salvation ~ burdens that are hard to bear and sorrows and concerns outweighing the ability to walk. OH LORD, it these today that we ask for prayer most diligently. LORD, it is these who indeed lift up their eyes to look for Your return, but not so much for their Eternal Rest, but for the here and now, for their families. LORD, the burden of their prayers are like this: LORD, would You return in the hearts of our prodigals, granting them repentance ~ LORD, would You return to our home granting us forgiveness of sins and forgiveness toward each other, allowing the fellowship of love to multiply between us ~ LORD, would You return to our battlefields, knowing that it is not by power or by might, but by Your Spirit, all victory is Yours, and ours through You, whether it be within the physical, emotional, or spiritual experience ~ LORD, would You return to our Nation, by sending revival and conviction, so that we might fight for the future generation that may still be present in the ultimate arrival of our King ~ LORD, would You return righteousness into our leaders, so that our Nation may blessed, for blessed is the Nation who God is the LORD, here and now ~ LORD, would You return the hearts of the children to the fathers, and the fathers to the children, resurrecting honor among our families and discourage all selfishness that this world feeds upon ~ and LORD, would You return the Gospel to Your People Israel, full circle as we see it happening, and we have brothers and sisters in the City where is all began, Jerusalem, preaching the gospel, declaring Your Name, Yeshua the Messiah, fast forwarding the promise that all Israel will be saved. OH LORD, we long for Your return, but we also find ourselves waiting with great expectancy and hope for these things to take place, so that You will find faith on this earth, and HIGH PRAISES FROM YOUR PEOPLE, for every Nation.
So LORD, we lift up Your Name, the Name that is above all Names, and we pray these things before the Throne of Grace and Mercy, knowing that we are heard, because You live and ever make intercession for us. We Love You, LORD, we wait Your return. Even so, Come, Lord Jesus Come. And LORD, “Let all who seek You shout for joy and be glad in You. May those who love Your deliverance say, “The LORD be magnified!” continuously. (Ps. 40:16) Amen.
