That one was created by protestants who either couldn’t read, or willingly twisted the word.
My money is on the latter.

(1)Islam's religious concepts derive from a messed-up mish-mash of Judaism, Nestorianism, and paganism --- not Catholicism.
(2)For centuries, the Catholics and the Orthodox were the only Christians fighting Islam, and the Catholics alone after 1453 when the Muslims took Constantinople.
I recall that at the Battle of Lepanto (1571) and as late as the Battle of Vienna (1683), the Protestant world sat onthe sidelines, entirely uninterested and uninvolved.
