It always puzzles me that not all twelve of the Fruits of the Holy Spirit are listed in the Bible.

Certainly the other two can be derived from scripture. The main thing for me, is that the spirit is something palpable and real, and given room to operate in your life, over time (over time) you will begin to see your own spirit reshaped... you’ll begin over time to see fruit. I always think that, when the spirit is active in your life, you tend to recognize him in others when you encounter him... again, the fruit listed is a natural outflow of his presence in someone’s life. Just my view... I always appreciate your posts of Pope, he is always very good.

Perhaps because Paul was moved by the Spirit to write there were nine....but it's not unlike Rome to add to Scripture.

22But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, 23gentleness, self-control; against such things there is no law. Galatians 5:22-23 NASB

Honestly...do you not read the texts for yourself??
