Frequently we read about hopeless “brain dead” cases that wake up and recover. It can’t hurt anything to send the child for other treatment. You know, it would be a shame if a whole bunch of people outside the UK who happened to have VPNs connected spoofing a UK IP addy, created some social media accounts and dared the Mersey jackboots to come and get them.
