They are not begging the UK govt. to treat them. They are begging them (and the UK courts) to allow him to be discharged from the hospital so they can have him treated at Gesu Bambino Hospital in Rome, which has agreed to admit him. They and donors would pay for it.

The NHS won't discharge him alive.
