That is a clip from ‘Carrie’ the Stephen King book/movie (starring Sissy Spacek as Carrie’). It is her mother in the final scene, trying to kill her daughter Carrie. Her mother is a religious zealot who tries to kill Carrie because she believes Carrie is possessed by a demon because she can move things with her mind via telekinesis.........
