I’m not of those who “miss” that. Bodily resurrection has to take place first, of course. See 1 Cor. 15:50-55.

The resurrection was presupposed in my post. Bodily resurrection, then the harpazo.

I left out something, bodily resurrection is for the dead in Christ, but what about those who are “alive and remain?” They are translated at the second coming. Resurrection and translation, then the harpazo.

I worry about that bodily resurrection thing. Suppose an astronaut takes an EVA walk outside the space station and gets disconnected. He dies in orbit in his space suit.

The resurrection comes and the guy awakens ... to find himself orbiting the earth forever. Bummer.
