Are you sure you have the right photo? The culprit in this story is the detestable Cardinal Tobin of Newark, not Bishop Tobin of Rhode Island. This photo is definitely not of Cardinal Tobin of Newark. (P.S. Cardinal Tobin of Newark, who sent the tweet, is a thorn in the side of orthodox Catholics, while Bishop Tobin in RI is one of the good guys. Especially given the nature of this story, let's not confuse the two!)
