.. and some Bishops are “open” to it.

“There is repugnant and corrosive disgust with vice and sin. Never will change. Built in. Grody activities by 1% of the population.

Buddha called homosexuality monkey brained? Then why doesn’t the Dalai Llama denounce it?

I plead guilty to holding “repugnant” and “corrosive” views toward individuals who define themselves by their rejection of scripture on any topic, even their sexual hobbies.

In the beginning, God created the heavens and the earth. That gives Him the right to make the rules for our lives anywhere in His creation. Further, God knows so much more than we do that, even if He did not have the innate authority to make rules for us to obey, I would still try to defer to His wisdom any time He provided guidance on how to live our lives.

"Real shame that these priests have never had the time to read the Bible. God has some pretty “corrosive” views on homosexuality."

Clearly, the bishop does not accept the authority of the Bible, and therefore he has no business being a member of the clergy.

"Sin is normal. All are born in sin"

Homosexuals often justify their behavior on the basis that "God made me this way," or "I was born this way." Well, we are ALL born with wayward tendencies of one sort or another, e.g., tendencies towards anger, heterosexual sin, drug or alcohol abuse, avarice, and go forth. That is no excuse for us, and it is no excuse for homosexuals.

I suspect temptation to homosexual sin is more common than most are willing to admit.

It was very common in the pagan world.

I have thought it was something they put in the water.

Well, I wouldn’t put it past them.

We know — now — after a lot of people did a lot of work sleuthing, that they put something in the vaccines — that they sold? or gave? to African country/s. To prevent women from getting pregnant.

[ I don’t know but there probably is statistics to show just when this phenomenon started bigly ]

I do not know that.

I know it is a conspiracy theory that Islamists are pushing.

I would love to read credible sources that claim this.

Help in finding such sources would be greatly appreciated.

Let us know your sources.

I don’t remem where I heard or saw that. I take in bits of news all the time from wherever.

I remem some years back hearing how fertility was going down and people were getting suspicious. And more suspicious. And then they finally decided to actually look in to it.

They did investigate. And their suspicions turned out to be fact. The guilty denied it, but eventually had to admit, or something. That is what I recall.

Corrosive, repugnant, and deplorable.
I’m good with it.

I have heard that it is something that raises it’s ugly head,
sin is normal but homosexuality is not normal, it is open
toward our Creator.

I have asked a similar question on Freerepublic before, but no one has answered it, so I am asking it again. Why is there no Catholic reporter who would ask the bishop how he can say what he says without making it seem he approves of homosexual acts?
He can’t say he approves of them.

Is the Catholic church going to way of the mainstream protestant churches - headlong into liberalism?

Buddha called any debased human behavior or non enlightened violence/actions, monkey brained. The mere fact that Siddhārtha Gautama became godlike to others was upsetting as the Buddha in actuality declared openly that he was an atheist. Which is why, in a region with thousands of gods Siddhārtha Gautama and his teachings of enlightenment of self were rejected. It wad outside of India where Buddhism took hold.

Nice.

Plus, even among children who grow up to be heterosexual, there is often - as children are learning about their bodies - some same-sex exploration or "showing," if not actual sexual contact.

That's why this trend to expose young children to these sexual topics, and urging them to explore their sexual identity at a very young age, can be so destructive. They can misinterpret the normal curiosity about their bodies as a sign that they are "gay" or one of the other alphabets (bi, tran, etc).
