Neither the victims, nor the hierarchy ever address the one, overriding issue which would actually prevent sex abuse and that is the exclusion of homosexuals from the seminary.

Since the sex abuse scandal was overwhelmingly homosexual, this is the one, single thing which would do more to cure the problem than all the other politically correct solutions combined, including the so called "zero tolerance" policy since this is an "after the fact" action which seeks to minimize the consequences of a crime rather than blocking it before it occurs.

I'll start paying attention when both the Church and the victims address this problem honestly and stop crying crocodile tears and blathering politically correct cliches. Neither has the guts to confront the lavender mafia and homosexual activists.
