The key to remember in all of this is that AL was never Magisterial from the beginning.But it is magisterial teaching now, having been published in Acta Apostolicae Sedis.

It’s nothing more than an official act of the Pope, being in AAS doesn’t make it ipso facto magisterial. The artical makes that clear. Stay the course.
