Take a look at him, and see what you think. (Check this video and story I found from a few years ago, when that pastor announced their new policy -- check especially from the 44:40 minute mark onward in the youtube video -- and particularly assess his emotional outbursts, (even "despairing of life" at some point), which seem to indicate some kind of personal involvement angle, whether pertaining to himself, or to some family member or friend, or someone else close to the pastor.)
