Well, yes. As far as the faith is concerned, the faithful are entitled to that and that's his job. "Confirm thy brethren in the faith", said Jesus to Peter.

One year to the day since the dubia were made public, Cardinal Raymond Burke has made a final plea to the Holy Father to clarify key aspects of his moral teaching, saying the gravity of the situation is “continually worsening.”

A final plea...or just another delay as things "continually worsen"? Time will tell. So far, it's over a year and counting since he first requested "clarification".

Maybe if Burke's lucky, Francis will die before he actually has to do anything.
