I remember how all of this happened at the time. This isn’t really the “first time” it has been revealed, because the Latin texts were available and parts were translated into English. And we knew that the Rhine crowd were making big trouble on this matter as well as others.

But perhaps this is the first time the whole texts have been made available in English. And given the crazy things Pope Francis has recently been saying, it’s certainly opportune to bring it up again.
