I'm Catholic and that's EXACTLY what I see going on in my church.

Exactly. We live in a relatively conservative small northern NH town.

When our kids were young we visited several of the so called churches.

Most were very liberal, even communist in their philosophy.

The southern Baptists were about the best, but the travelling preacher the was visiting there was nuts. Over and over he loudly expounded, approximately this....Something is wroooooonnnnnggggg with the USA, never saying what or how to fix it.

The folks in the congregation seemed all enthralled and excited from his theatrics, I guess.

So we ended up going to none.
