City officials say they have to allow his deliberately offensive display or get sued. So get sued! Who cares? It's expensive to sue. Especially if the city refuses to answer the suit or respond to any pleadings. More expensive still if the "teacher" gets a court judgment and the city refuses to pay or even respond. Takes years and thousands of dollars -- and requires the cooperation of local marshalls who can be persuaded to be very uncooperative.
Go ahead...make this scumbag sue. Meanwhile the children are protected from evil. Isn't that worth a fight?
