Pray For the Peace of Jerusalem

Before we finish this Series with the Big Scene of Heaven in the Book of Revelation, I would like us to look back at the view times in the Scriptures where various Patriarchs, Prophets, Apostles, and Saints were offered a glimpse of what awaited them on "the Other Side".

The first incident of this type (not counting the Garden of Eden) is when Jacob falls asleep in the desert and dreams of the famous "Jacob's Ladder". He sees a stairway to heaven, with angels ascending and descending in a Glorious Procession, Glorifying and Praising God.

He is so overwhelmed by the Vision that he names the place "Bethel" meaning "House of God". Since the Tabernacle, The Ark, and the Temple came to be called "The House of God" as well, it makes sense to look at this story in light of that.

Although the Name "Bethel" is still used for Churches and Synagogues, we all know that no "House" can contain The One True God. Even Solomon knew that, and said so after having completed his Magnificent Temple in Jerusalem.

Come and Pray For the Peace of Jerusalem, For Our FRiends in Need, For Persecuted Believers, and For Our Beloved Nation.

God Bless America!

Blessings To All Who Visit This Garden of Prayer.

This Symbol Represents Christians in The Middle East, who desperately need our Prayers.

Hallelujah and Amen
