Heavenly Father –

As some may recognize Constitution Day:
* Its creation, September 17, 1787.
* Its inspiration from Judeo-Christian value

May we remember the principles our country was founded upon to…:
- Establish Justice,
- Insure domestic Tranquility,
- Provide for the common defense,
- Promote the general Welfare,
- Secure the Blessings of Liberty.

Likewise may we recognize the enemy within:
- Injustice – As the systems gives the evil eye to some, the blind eye to others.
- Chaos, anarchists, violence in the streets.
- Weakening of our defenses, home and abroad, as well as the borders.
- Entitlements, perpetual victimhood and the welfare state
- Loss of Liberty, through PC, government over-reach, over-regulation.

Only You, Lord, can save our nation from self-destruction .

We confess our sins:
- our arrogance and pride – living like You don’t exist
- turning to our own way
- lacking the will to stand and fight for what is right
- wanting our “free stuff” at other’s expenses
- our apathy

Renew our Spirit. Grant us a hunger to know You and keep Your commandments. Revive us, again. Spark a Great Awakening among Your people. Bring healing to our divided land.

We lift up all our leaders to You, Father. Grant Wisdom and courage to President Trump and Vice President Pence, and the 115th Congress. Protect them from harm on all fronts.

. Likewise, protect all those who put themselves in harm’s way to serve others, home and abroad. And especially the first responders during disasters.

And grant Wisdom to our leaders as North Korea threatens the world with destruction. May the North Koreans be freed from a godless tyranny that has afflicted their people for many decades.

Father God, may we once more become a nation filled with people who love Your Word. May we once more return to the rule of law, governed by Your Divine Precepts.

May we once more be a nation filled with people who desire to be productive members of society. May we cease to be a nation filled with young people consumed by drugs or apathy.

I extend these prayer requests on behalf of all the small business owners (a large section of our economy) who have work, but are frustrated because a large portion of young people do not know how to work, or have no desire to work.

Oh Father God, as a nation lead us to repent. As a nation, let us not lose the spiritual war, let us not lose the cultural war.
