I love Amir and have gained so much from his teaching and insights. Having said this I take issue with what he seemed to be saying in the Temple Mount update...it seemed to me that he was saying that there is nothing about the temple mount that Christians should concern themselves with. Nothing could be further r=from the truth...The LORD of prophecy who told us to watch for its fulfillment definitely directs our attention to the Temple Mount, in Revelation 11, Luke 21:24, and in Matthew 24:15-16, after all what is “the abomination that makes desolation” going to desecrate? Psalm 2 also mentions the LORD has set his king on his Holy Hill...

It was not Christians who falsely said that the Jews had retaken the Temple mount from the Waqf, it was various Jewish sources including the Jerusalem Police department- http://www.timesofisrael.com/waqf-says-israel-has-completely-taken-control-of-temple-mount/ and here http://www.jpost.com/Arab-Israeli-Conflict/Israeli-police-temporarily-close-off-Temple-Mount-496527

Prophecy watchers rightly saw the significance of this event, which evidently is only a portent of the near future event, which marks the fulfillment of the times of the Gentiles, when the temple mount is no longer “trodden under feet of the Gentiles”.

He doesn’t say we should not watch for the rebuilding of the temple, just that it might not be where the mosque is now, and also that we should not try to rush things along.

He also warns about jumping to the conclusion that the Jews now control the Temple Mount, which is not only overly simple but actually wrong.

He has warned about reading the left-wing press in Israel. The Times of Israel would fall into that category, I believe.

By the way, another follower of Israeli media tells me that although what Amir said about the person who gives Israel both a temple and peace will have the nation in the palm of his hand is interesting and sounds true, the secular forces for peace that he cites are not the ones forcing the metal detectors and then the cameras to come down. It is the Muslim riots that have done this, not a political force among Israelis. (This last statement doesn’t contradict anything you posted.)

He suggests israelnationalnews.com and worldisraelnews.com for better sources (more to the right, less sensational).

So pleased that you are joining in our discussion and watching the videos!
