What jurisdiction does the European court have in Russia?
Exactly. Russia is not a part of Europe
The court normally only has jurisdiction over the EU region....so how and why they put time into this is a big unknown. Maybe Putin will joke around and ask them to allow him to submit paperwork to join the EU then he’d respect their ruling.
