People who have been active on these FR forums for years know where I stand on Pope Francis’ scandalous appointments and his general abuse of office via the politicization of the papacy.

NY point is that every artivke about the offensive Francis Agenda (Climate Change, Stop the Arms Race, Tear Down the Walls) doesn't need to be automatically flipped into a discussion of clerical homosex. It's a lazy reflex, it encourages vicious generalzation skiming priests-asd-a-ckass or ckergu-as-a-ckass and it actually detracts from the

You may not be aware that seminaries were cleaned out. Any young man applying to enter the priesthood now must undergo a two-day psyche exam, parents are interviewed, his priest is interviewed, friends and other references are interviewed. It’s a much better process.

And I hope you are aware that there is more sexual abuse in non-Catholic denominations — and I’m not even touching the public schools.

This antipope is more worried about climate change than protecting and growing the faith worldwide, and combating the #1 threat to it (and all of civilization) in Islamic Terrorism. Bergoglio is the wrong man for the time.
