Should have included a mandatory 10-year, prison sentence for any “lawmakers” or other government officials attempting to make such demands on pastors or ANY other citizen.

Amen. Just prohibiting something is toothless unless the violator is made to pay a price. Otherwise they can taunt with subpoenas any pastor who isn’t up on the law.
