You’re right. The prayer is a classic Jewish summary of what observant Jews pray every day. It wasn’t composed by Christians, but by Yeshua ha Netzri, the Tzaddik Rabbi who was lost to the sands of time but is now being rediscovered; the Lion of the tribe of Judah.

I am glad of the common ground that you mention, and that the prayer was said, and that courage and reverence for G-d was shown by Melania.
I am reminded of the passage
“If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land.”
When Jesus was asked how to pray to the Lord, He answered in Matthew 6:8-13 and recited what we now term the Lord’s Prayer. More than likely based on His Jewish up bringing and the way He wanted us to be as Christians.

9 “This, then, is how you should pray:
“‘Our Father (who art) in heaven, hallowed be your name,

13 And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from (the evil one.) Or Evil in the KJV.
