Atheists have absolutely NO sense of eternity. In either direction.

Waste a few minutes listening to this guy. I am confident that he would drive an atheist right over the cliff.

Excellent. I don’t care how many people mock and criticize Hovind, I love the brother anyway because he’s done a great deal of good. Oh, and I’ve been a subscriber to slaves4christ for years.

I (metaphorically) spit in the face of any GOD who would punish babies and children....No, Jesus died for the innocents, they do not go to Hell.

Since the concept of hell was largely created by the Catholic church out of thin air I don’t really have an answer.

If you believe Dante they are placed in the first circle and reincarnated.

Hell is referred to in a number of places throughout the Bible so it wasn’t invented by the Catholic Church. It does exist. As far as different stages...if you die unsaved, when you open your eyes you’ll be in hell. Now this is not the final destination as the Bible also says that hell(hades) will be thrown into the lake of fire.
Jesus told a story showing that the unsaved die and open their eyes in hell in Luke 16:19.

Physical death and them going to hell are not the same.

When they killed Christ they weren’t acting as evangelists and He was innocent.

You post is off-topic. Jesus Christ is God and His purpose was to die for our sins and rise again. We are talking babies and those who you claim have this non-Scripturally based "Age of Accountability."

You need to reconcile this concept with David who, describing himself wrote in Psalm 51:5: “Surely I was sinful at birth, sinful from the time my mother conceived me.”

Likewise when Herod killed the children under two and so on. God simply secures the innocent regardless of the many horrendously wicked events happening on earth.

So are you saying that when Herod killed all those babies he was an unwitting soul winner by default too?

I’m pretty sure that some of the kids I knew are going to Hell unless they’ve found a better deal.

Perhaps, instead of debating blindly and drawing from your preferred hunches, instincts and intuitions you should watch the video and see the verses I used. End Of Volley

But when Jesus saw it, he was indignant and said to them, “Let the children come to me; do not hinder them, for to such belongs the kingdom of God

Uh oh...

“Yet, before the twins were born or had done anything good or bad—in order that God’s purpose in election might stand: not by works but by him who calls—she was told, “The older will serve the younger.” Just as it is written: “Jacob I loved, but Esau I hated.”

One of God’s “wrenches”. His paths are beyond tracing out and I, for one, LOVE Him for it!

We’re all born in sin, from the time we’re conceived. This is Biblical. Babies in the womb, infants and small children are not able to make a conscious decision, either to sin or to accept salvation, however. So, I’ll just trust in the knowledge that God is both just and loving. All these other theories are the result of church authorities wrestling with the same question and arriving at their own attempted explanations.

Well that’s quite right. God knows who is going to turn out how. However, since we all will go to hell without Christ then the baby that David and Bathsheba had would have gone to hell. We know by David’s word that the babe did not. Innocents do not go to hell. Let us use reason to it’s furthest extent.

That’s good logic. When we have scripture to tells us about an issue with certainty we may rely on that. So I put out the video wherein I quote those verses.

Perhaps, instead of debating blindly and drawing from your preferred hunches...

Psalm 51:5 doesn't fit your desired belief system. OK, I get it. In your mind David wrote what is merely a "preferred hunch."

A 6 minute video of man's "wisdom" supported by his preferred extra-biblical hunches saying something other than what David wrote is not worth anyone's time to watch.

Thank you so much .. your total disregard of the Scripture is evident.

Thank you for totally distorting what I said.

nor does he send severely mentally retarded people (who have metal capabilities below what would be considered the age of accountability)- For those children who die after the age of accountability, who were not saved- God doesn’t ‘send them to hell unjustly’ - God being all knowing, knows whether those children would have accepted Him or not given every opportunity to do so in future years- He alone knows their hearts- The atheist likes to elevate themselves above God and pretend that God is unjustly sending ‘innocent children’ to hell- they like to mockingly point to God’s judgments on Wicked vile towns in the bible and declare “Innocent lives of children were cut short unjustly by a ‘supposedly loving God”- But in all cases- these societies were totally given over to wickedness and debauchery- and an Omniscient God Certainly would know if there were any chance at all of the young ever accepting Him voluntarily- The answer was no- The judgment was just

I have never saw anything about the age of accountability in the Bible but i just assume that God would not send a child to hell.

I think we all would do well to admit there are some things we just don`t know.

Most of us do not agree on the most simple scriptures yet we spend a lot time discussing something we can not possibly know any thing about.

Would God send a child to Hell?

Exactly what is Hell.
Exactly what is Heaven?

I don`t know.
