preach the word; be ready in season and out of season; reprove, rebuke, and exhort, with complete patience and teaching. For the time is coming when people will not endure sound teaching, but having itching ears they will accumulate for themselves teachers to suit their own passions, and will turn away from listening to the truth and wander off into myths.

I believe that time has arrived. Perhaps it has always been with us. Nevertheless, it is always striking when the Bible, in a letter written 2,000 years ago, perfectly describes the sickness within our society.

But we should not be surprised. It is the inerrant Word of God, after all.

I'm not surprised one bit. I KNOW there is still a vast untold, untapped repository of knowledge and wisdom in the Holy Bible.

Even Christians can just barely see what it contains. And cannot comprehend most of what is there.

Eye hath not seen, nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man, the things which God hath prepared for them that love him.
