Father God, we thank You for the reminders that You are all the fortress that we need. We thank You for the trials which serve to bring us closer to You. We thank You for the peace in being a child of God.

Father God, we lift up Donald Trump, Mike Pence and this new administration. We ask that they see victories this week and that they give all the glory to You. We ask that more of Trump’s nominees be confirmed so that they may move forward in becoming a nation of law and order, a more Christian nation and again, that Trump and Pence would give all the glory to You. We ask these things in Jesus’ name.
