Being a nationalist means that you support the concept that individual nations get to decide things for themselves. For instance:

• Failing nations with judicial dictatorships, like ours, can institute gay marriage and permit transvestite homosexuals to use the ladies room.

• More conservative nations with popular governments that represent the people, like Poland, can give gays basic civil rights, without encouraging the homosexualization of the entire society.

• Very traditional theocratic states, like Iran, can still impose harsh traditional penalties for homosexuality.

Under the One-World-Order vision of the Globalists, unelected activists and NGOs will make the rules for the whole world.

America should stop worrying about things like this. As long as other Nations are not threatening or invading their neighbors, interfering with international commerce, or supporting terrorist organizations that operate internationally - who cares?

American tax dollars should not be spent to force other (perhaps well functioning) countries to adopt rules that some oddball group of busybody Thai transvestites desire.
